Welcome to our website. It is my distinct
honor to provide you information here about myself and the
services my office provides within the field of
Otolaryngology – Ear, Nose and Throat — specialty.
My specialty includes caring for all aspects of the head and
neck. Please check the links to the left for specific
information about each area.
I am Board Certified by the American Board of
Otolaryngology/ Head and Neck Surgery and credentialed by
the American Academy of Otolaryngology Allergy. I am a
fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), which
means we adhere to certain standards of professional
behavior. I am a physician in good standing with the
American Medical Association since 1985. I am not a dentist
and do not offer dental work.
As your physician, I will take a complete history and
physical examination of the head and neck. I have a
questionnaire on this website for you to fill out prior to
coming to my office. The information you provide will help
me greatly.
Also on this website is a copy of my practice guidelines for
patients regarding our mutual expectations from the
physician-patient relationship. Kindly take a few moments to
look at those and familiarize yourself with these guidelines
prior to coming to our office.
