Cancer Warning Signs

The American Cancer Society recognizes Five cancer warning signs of which particularly apply to those who have a history of smoking and/or alcohol use. Some of these symptoms that persist can be an early warning sign. If you have any of these 7 warning signs, you may need an evaluation. Please call our office for an appointment. Also, remember to bring a referral if your insurance company requires one.

• Hoarseness (will not clear)
• Coughing blood
• Unusual lumps
• Skin sores that won’t heal
• Trouble swallowing
